Description
The blood oxygen saturation (SpO2%) indicates the percentage of the total hemoglobin who contains oxygen in the blood. The oxygen saturation can be determined in a blood sample or by a pulse oximeter. The determination of the SO2-value with a pulse oximeter is easy and goes very quickly. The pulse oximeter PM 100 from Medisana can determine both the blood oxygen saturation and the heart rate.
